Mid-stride through our first CSA week we just received the following email from a satisfied share-holder. Of course we're only too pleased to share:
"Good Stuff! I just wanted to let you know that my family really enjoyed all the great food we recieved on the monday CSA. You went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. I will see you on Monday!"

I am also very pleased with week one of the CSA! I was making a salad Friday night with the various greens and radishes and found myself nibbling and enjoying the unique flavors as I sampled naked leaves from each bag. This morning found us making scrambled eggs with your organic, free range eggs. I couldn't wait to see in person the difference between your eggs and our store bought ones, as demonstrated in a previous blog post. There really is a big difference in color! The flavor was really good, too. Tonight I made another salad for a church potluck and it disappeared very quickly! A friend was admiring the flavorful salad and I enthusiastically recommended your CSA, so you may get more members! Can't wait til next week...
